Key Improvements PixelMapper no longer adjusts two characters when using Del/Backspace/Arrow keys. Moving Presets no longer breaks Bank Slot readout in TimelinePlus. Fixed some Rest API errors when using Preset and Timeline Modules. Improved behavior of TimelinePlus starting with the engine. PixelMapper UI should now work as intended in Windows 11. Auto Sync to MediaManager now correctly works with Watchfolders. Fixed an issue where ZooKeeper and HippoLauncher could disappear when opened. Fixed an issue where TimelinePlus could crash when deleting MediaPlayer keyframes. Functionality Changes Fan Profiles will now accommodate for certain Datapath capture cards. Fans will now ramp up if capture card temps are detected at a not stable level. Once cooled fans will revert to the safe profile.  HippoLauncher on Nevis no longer has EDID emulation. To setup EDID emulation on Nevis, please use the same steps listed for AMD systems.

New Features In Timeline, added ability to insert previous and following keyframes from a right click. Timelines can be set to auto play on start up of the engine.  Property panel of TImeline supported by supporting multi search and pin path search support.  The Timeline editor now supports track searching and an option to show only tracks with keyframe on them. Media handling is improved in Timeline: media clip will snap, media information is now included in the property panel and inside the tooltip.  HTTP messages can now be sent from Macromanager allowing for better intergration with other systems.     Key Improvements Improved workflow for MR workflows such as support for Aspect Ratio control from Camera Tracking systems and Focal Plane support into Notch. Bug Fixes to improve working with values and navigating the SHAPE project. Rotation controllers in SHAPE now have an option to use model or world space rotation. Fixed double click to reset shortcut on some elements in the Mixes page. Various Bug fixes, see release notes for full list. V4.8.2 Release update

 

Software Update: Hippotizer™ V4.8.2 Green Hippo is pleased to announce the release of Hippotizer software version: 4.8.2. What's new in v4.8.2 Hippotizer version 4.8.2 builds on V4.8.1, fixing key issues, and focuses on new features such as Export Map Image from VideoMapper and an improved HippoLauncher Licensing page.

New Features Export Map Image from VideoMapper: Users can now export an image of the input or output video map layout straight to PNG format. Maps can be uploaded to the MediaManager for playback straight from a layers media player. Functionality Changes Stay up to date with the improved HippoLauncher Licensing page. This update helps determine what versions of new software will install onto your Hippotizer system; providing the certainty of future software features needed to plan your investment. Here, you'll find information for active license version and, if required, the number of versions to extend license to the installed version.

Hosts in MediaManager now have a blue sync icon when actively syncing to another host. A green icon means the host is ready to sync, and a grey icon is when sync is not configured. The Zip Debug feature contains additional information for faster support. Preset overlay in Timeline+ now includes bank and slot values as well as name and time.  Key Improvements Mix Selector container no longer removes embedded pins when leaving the custom pinboard view.  Engine and ZooKeeper now both have a shutdown prompt when using shutdown buttons from HippoLauncher.  Improved pinboard behaviour when DPI scaling is enabled. Pin can now be dragged across entire pinboard area.  TimelinePlus goto cue operations in multicontroller are no longer clamped to values below 100. Improved Input level response before saving project and restarting engine. Fixed newly created livemasks not working.

Hippotizer Version 4.8.1 builds on 4.8.0 fixing key issues, and focusing on new features such as SHAPE Object Output UV Toggle and composition mappings in SHAPE.

New FeaturesAdded 

Object Output UV Toggle: SHAPE Object Output UV Toggle: allows for changing between only the Objects UV area, or utilizing the full 0-1 UV space.

Compositions mappings in SHAPE can now be nudged in X and Y by using the arrow keys on the keyboard

Fractional Pixel locations are now supported in the composition’s UI of SHAPEFunctionality
